Pickering received a "well qualified". This is generally accepted as the ABA's highest rating. Again, I refer you to google which will no doubt give you hundreds of articles bearing the term.


My God, I gave you an ABA link.......what more can I do......read it to you?

Whether it is a "Substantial Majority" or "Unanimous" vote isn't a material fact, at least according to the document you cited, in which it stated "the majority rating is the rating of the committee".

Then please explain in your superior way why the ABA makes the distinction? Obviously, it must mean something to them or they would not bother to make it......don't you think, O Wise One?
