The reason I put up the quiz is to make sure people had at least some knowledge of the Iraqi situation before they supported an "action" which will cause 500,000 civilian casualties at the beginning of the war according to UN estimates.

I am all for a World Court to settle issues without war and destruction. But that is most unlikely as long as some nations have overwhelming military or economic advantage. The US has spent some $15 trillion on the military since the end of WWII. Will it give up this advantage and submit to a World Court? To call the odds remote is an understatement.
