No, he's the frickin' president. It is his job not Tom Daschles. The president needed to put Daschle in a box where he limply supported the president. I know that the 35% of the people who don't trust Bush when he tells them the sky is blue would not come along. But they could have been contained better. Bush left his rear open, so he better move very fast and very effectively.
