Bill,
Bush made a terrific speech last night. Of course as always results will determine how history will look at it but if saddam backs down or we win the war without too much death and destruction, this speech will be quoted in the future much like FDRs Day of infamy speech. Next step now is for Powell to produce some meat on the bones so the rest of the world can get in line. mike
