Hi Gulo,

Thanks for sharing your experiences. A Nobel prize in economics was awarded for an academic description of unequal information advantages in competitive markets. It was a nearly incomprehensible treatise to a layperson.

I've got a much simpler take on it: GOTCHA!!

Wall Street loves its arcane rules. Remarkably, they always seem to work in Wall Street's favor. Go figure.
