Just for you, reap --

09:02 ET Sears, Roebuck sued by former credit chief (S) 25.65: The Associated Press reports that the former head of co's credit business has sued Sears over his dismissal, accusing CEO Alan Lacy of defaming him last year when explaining the credit unit's problems. We are hearing that a Lehman credit analyst is concerned that if the case goes to trial, potential exists to hear unpleasant info on the credit card business. The analyst sees further downside widening in the bonds.

I wonder if this analyst is concerned about the unpleasant info without a trial?
