But everything is tanking now.

The only thing that makes sense to me right now is the bizarre: how about a company with a record of responding very favorably in a precisely analogous environment in Kuwait a decade ago.

One example I just found has the completely reasonable name of 'Boots and Coots' (symbol: WEL).

And just what does Boots and Coots do?

Put out oil well fires...
