By this statement are you meaning that the Dolgoff issue is dead "forever" or only that the receivership part of the litigation has been resolved? That was my intepretation, thus giving PJTV access to their working capital/revenues/profits, if and when they are ever realized. BUT NOT to imply that the bugger has been squashed like the parasite he is.

In other words, at this time you see nothing holding us back? Why for 10 months? One quarter should demonstrate "growth" and margin numbers.
