VC-A one time event: On a recent tour of various technology firms in Minneapolis, I came across the perception of many managers that videoconferencing is a one time event. The hardware/software match is a headache to keep using.... Hopefully, VTEL is working on simplifying things....Then they have to work on changing perceptions of the difficulty if using their product(s). DB
