Hi G, My reaction is to what I've seen in print, on the internet and on TV. It's not scientific and has no basis in statistics. I'm seeing and reading too many people who, with a wave of their hand, dismiss the current troubles as temporary. "The war will be short". "The second half will show significant improvement". "It's time to start dipping your toe in the water". "With everyone so bearish, it's time to buy". Etc... It's simply my observation.
