Wow, great news for RMBS longs. Certainly goes a ways in vindicating those who thought RMBS was getting jobbed by the courts.

I don't think RMBS is a gorilla candidate (or ever was), but if this is a harbinger of future rulings that DDR violates RMBS' patents, it could be a very valuable stock (severalfold more than it is currently). I haven't done the numbers in a while, but at a reasonable royalty rate (e.g. 1% maybe) off of all DDR sales, the cash flow was very high--in the hundreds of millions, I believe.
