Last I heard, Saddam was trying, and failing, to get spare parts for his obsolete ( and presumably mostly non-functional at this point ) Mig-21s from the former Yugoslavia. Aside from the endless war marketeering, I've seen no indication at all that he's likely to make any progress in the quest for nukes. Unless, of course, Pakistan does another double cross, but perhaps that possibility should be addressed at the source. Somehow, you seem to be drifting right back to the WMD marketing line.
