>> I suspect I'll either be a very happy, or a very disappointed person about this time tomorrow. <<

I sold my trading shares before close for a small profit. Still have my original shares sub $2, but don't want to be a pig. I expected a better run prior to earnings, but it still finished close to the range I expected (4.5 to 5).

I think the overall market is looking VERY UGLY here so that's part of my reason as well.

Either way tomorrow isn't that big of a deal. I seriously doubt the refi will be done. Earnings could move the stock as much as $1 in either direction, but I suspect not much more than that. If really bad we'll base between 3.25 and 4 prior to refi and if really good we'll base between 4.75 and 5.5, but I don't think much more. Since I'm holding out for 12+ doesn't seem like that big of a deal to me. The real story is the refi and what rate. Collateral will be an interesting side note.

I do expect earnings to be pretty good. I would love it if they gave some general guidance on 2004 as I think that would spark more interest in the stock given that over 600 mil in cap ex goes away.
