No. He should certainly not regret it. It was the thing to do. had he attacked without trying to reach other nations, it likely would have been disastrous. I am no great fan of Colin Powell's politics, but the guy is certainly a great Bush asset. If Bush ever tries to push him out of the administration as some once claimed he should do, it would be a terrible mistake.
