No matter what board "Fasten Seat Belts" is posted on, and no matter if the call is for a forceful upmove, or downmove.... It never happens! Not ONCE! have I seen that remark, and the next day, the predicted occurred. And no one puts numbers to "Fasten Seat Belts" either. Same with "Bloody Monday (Tuesday, Wednesday, etc). There may be a downturn, usually like today, that reverses.
