That is not correct....with his plan he is really going to PRIVATIZE that part of medicine and it is the WRONG way to go.....just check out COLUMBIA HEALTH (father and founder-----that of FRIST!new majority leader after Lott the Prejudiced got tossed out on his ear)............or THC....Tenet Health care.....charging those WITHOUT insurance $7700! for the same procedure as the INSURED person.........and the insured person's health insurance paid less than $1200 for the SAME EXACT TREATMENT!
