don hays was proposing months that it could occur. i don't have the pdf file at this location but after october he said it was a bullish possibility if it set up correctly with a spike down for the right shoulder on even lower volume. look at weekly NYSE or Dow with volume to see the idea. if i find his letter when i get back to "HQ" i will post it here.
