>>>PartyTime: Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11.

Vitas: prove it<<<

How many criminal defense attornies would agree with your posture here? You really want to live in a country where the citizen has to prove they aren't committing crimes? Think, will ya!

>>>The logical approach is:

1. someone attacks you.

2. you are immediately on the offense to prevent another attack<<<

Nope. You are defensive when attacked and if necessary you counter to the attacker, not counter to someone else that had nothing to do with the attack.

>>>3. You suspect someone and use diplomatic means to gain proof that they are clean.

4. They do not answer in a forthright manner.<<<

If that were the case the UN weapons inspectors would have delivered a compltely different report and the UN Security Council which was charged with acting up on the inspectors report wouldn't have voted 11 to four to continue the inspections.

>>>5. You go and get the answers yourself by force.<<<

Or plant the evidence yourself after you've used force, if there is none found. Remember, no matter what, you've gotta look good!

Bottom line is it's wrong to resort to war unless you have good reason. You, Vitas, have thus far shown me no good reason to move into this war.

end of story

Apparently you need another attack to get you off your butt. The rest of us don't.
