Nope, there will be no new evidence.

I hear the weasel words too and it does make me nervous.

If Powell goes to the UN with no new evidence and the UNSC votes against a war and Bush backs down - that will make America forget Watergate. The right will kill 'em and feed his body parts to the left. He would have to go to war hoping to find the evidence after the attack. That would cover his butt.

I still doubt that is the scenario but those weasel words are worrisome.
