As maurice pointed out yesterday regarding WW2, the US is often late to the table and when we appear we tend to take over. But i think you would agree that doesnt make US participation any less critical. I would maintain regarding iraq that france and germany will be the ones this time who are late to the table as dinner is already being prepared. mike
