Yes, Germany woke up in the Munich Olympics, to terrorism, looked around and went back to sleep. After all you let the terrorists escape rather than deal with the issue. Wimps then, wimps now!

If what you did was waking up, then I'm glad that GWB doesn't drink what you guys were drinking then.

I was in Germany then, I hated the fact that a Western Government was afraid to deal responsibly with that situation. It is a perfect example of how the Europeans deal with terrorism and how we ought not follow in their footsteps.

One can easily argue that the appeasement given to Black September, went a long way to killing hundreds of others in the years to follow.

Sorry, Jochen, I like you, but the handling of Black September was just as bad as re-electing Schroeder!
