Jiang is VERY VERY capable. He has a MS degree in Engineering, and can speak relatively good English... much much smarter than your democratic elected P. who cannot even pronounce "Nuclear" right. LOL.

BTW, you were asking how China polices the Internet? Simple, basically hands off, occasionally use some filtering on some political and pornal staff for searching engine, but which seldom works. To your surprise, China now is among the least regulated countries on this planet. You are a laughing stock if you still think China were the same as it was 20 years ago.
