I'm not a scientist like you must be. All I know is Iraq tried and failed to buy (and overpay) for these tubes on the black market in violation of UN resolutions while they were trying to buy uranium on the black market in violation of UN resolutions. Those are established facts.

Side with Iraq if you wish that they have no nuclear program. That's your "god-given" right. Just stick with facts, though.
