LOL I have been investing in MREITs for a couple of years thanks to someone who understands them really well. Now for your homework tonight, check out NFI's hedging against interest rates and securitization policies that minimize rate risk, plus their default insurance. You really should look into someone's history with a stock before you patronize them. Did I mention I have owned NFI since the 4's? Have a nice day.
