I have had it with these moronic African leaders who think that "if there is a country that has committed unspeakable atrocities in the world, it is the United States of America". And, if the women's conference didn't boo him when he said this, they deserve our scorn also. It is one thing to complain about a US president. It is entirely another to say things like the above quote.
