Probably.. I thought Bush gave a great State of the Union.
He covered all the Democrat plays from the 2000 election play book. The hydrogen Car was a big surprise to me. I thought Hillary and Daschle were going to fall down when he announced that. And the Aids deal in Africa was also a master form of disarming the liberal side and effectively dealing with the problem instead of talking about it like the Dems do.JMHO
