No, it pays for itself quite well. Go to johnkerry.com and read about it. No fuzzy math with Kerry. Just tough choices, selfless policies (Kerry would stand to personally gain hugely if Bush's estate tax cuts go stand) and telling it like it is. The estate tax cuts for the very rich are the single biggest budget buster there is in Bush's plan. Bush calls it the "death tax" but that's a misnomer. It's actually the "billionaire family estate protection cut".
