Well ... it's obvious government needs to cut programs in conjunction with tax cuts. Unfortunately, the main source of budget bloat is the partisan struggles in Congress. Let's see if a Republican-controlled Congress is responsible enough to curtail spending. The latest "gee whiz" programs proposed by Bush in his State of the Union address doesn't exactly increase my confidence in this area ...
