It is a weird thing. I've had the same thought. Here's an interesting link regarding the complex propaganda machine that is destroying the truth, the public's right to know and the basic moral integrity of this nation:

Ms. Borjesson mentions that the most heinous example of the corrosion of decency in our society is the drug trafficking that the CIA engages in in order to fund its black ops.
