Who is unable to focus? North Korea has not only proclaimed that it has nuclear weapons, but also that it has the delivery systems to reach as far as Alaska. And it doesn't end there. It has also threatened the US. And what does Jethro do? He prefers to negotiate... er... talk with them. As for the Chinese, well they are too strong. It was nice to write books upon books upon books about the "Chinese threat" in the late 90's, but now that the Repubs are in power, they would prefer to beat up a weakling who probably has 2 or 3 working fighter aircraft, and missiles that probably can go as far as 12 miles -- with their direction of flight depending on the direction of the wind!
