Whom you "thank" for it, is irrelevant. Bush obviously knew about it before he became Prez (even if he didn't know where to find Mexico on a world map). What matters is how the Bush administration is dealing with it.

As it stands now, the moral of the story seems to be that if you really have nuclear weapons, you can be sure that Bush won't attack you. Gee, I wonder if many nations will fall over one another in dismantling their nuclear (or to use the semi-literate President's word : "newkiler") weapons programs now!
