Bob: Cosby doesn't owe that convicted extorsionist anything. She smelled money and went for it. She threatened to go public with information which would damage his career, unless he gave her millions. That is illegal, regardless of the circumstances.

I agree with cc, the system worked. It doesn't matter if Bill Cosby is the biological father. The law is the law. This judge is not in the habit of legislating from the bench.

This judge should be fair in saying that the patents awarded should stand.
