What waste in the government? Please be specific. I can think of two big wastes. Bush's Carlyle Group's 11 billion buck Crusader weapons system and premature deployment of SDI before we know it even works, or who it works on. That's 18 billion right there.

And why is Bush now calling for every spending program from both parties? Wanting to be everything to everyone? Can you say trillion dollar debt? Or else more broken promises and trickery. Either way.
