Robert, The only problem with your post, is that most options don't vest for 5 years, not really short term. Frankly, I think if all the options expired at one year, the management might be more aligned with shareholder issues. They would have to perform on an ongoing, every year basis. And there would probably be more shareholder visibility. Hell, I don't know. I don't mind these folks getting rich if they perform, it's the getting filthy rich that bothers me. John
