Lionel, it occurs to me (and this is pure speculation on my part - I don't know anything and I haven't heard any rumors) that with a stock priced this low, with the variety of assets company has and with no debt, this could be a takeover situation. If I was looking for an acquisition a company with those qualifications would be on my to buy list. What do you think?
