I hate the small minority of the muslims who are savage extremists bent on killing all non-believers. The msulims i've worked with and met in my community seem to be smart, affable, and tolerant.

But your hatred of 270 miliion amercians from every corner of the globe who make up 'America' is sad and misguided.

I realize that living in HI likely festers in one a unique isolationism. That's only natural, being so removed and all. But this hatred you have for all that is american is odd. There's more to it than Bush, imo.
