You are wrong on this one. Clinton's administration was the most diverse in history. Apart from Cisneros, there was Federico Pena, Donna Shalala, Ron Brown and Jesse Brown.

I wonder why you spend so much time defending racists Victor. Perhaps you have some unresolved issues when it comes to race...
