No, I'm really not interested. But to do it right, it takes looking into whatever debates took place, the parliamentery manuevering that took place, and, finally, precisely, and in what context the vote took place. I'm not eager to track all that down. You brought it up, so it's up to you. If you care enough, go to it. I would have thought the Kyoto treaty would be relevant for FADG.
