That is essentially what is happening.<<< that's unfortunate, because bill clinton and al gore are more to blame for the aftermath of the bubble - because they were governors during the bubble, governers are suppose to keep things from getting out of hand, they put governors on the carburetor of my 1962 corvette, george bush came in after the party and is having to clean up the mess. i have seen al gore and some of the demo's trash bush about the economy, i wanna puke.
