They have announced today that TX is in the worse financial shape in thirty years.
So is CA

Now let me think.....who was governor of TX two years ago?

I thought you blamed all economic problems on the current leader or the political jurisdiction.

If you blame Texas's problems on Bush then I suppose you blame the general economic slowdown in the country on Clinton, right?

Excuse me, for the past two years, the conservatives have blamed Clinton for the current eco. mess the country is in.......so turnaround is fairplay. The truth is TX had money troubles when Bush was governor......they've only worsen since his departure. To date, Bush has not shown any great sense of fiscal responsibility or fiscal prowess.
