That's right.....its not lying, but rather its a form of half truths that have not been substantiated. All of the major players in this administration use that form of dissemination. "They hear this"; "a source reported"; "rumor has it"; "they have reason to believe".......in the end, long after the issue has been an issue, they are proven to be wrong but it doesn't matter because by then, they've made their case.

Its why more and more people don't trust this administration. Its why the poll numbers keep dropping.
