So it would have been quite prescient for Jim to have been complaining about it.

Let's be clear about one thing. I support stockholder rights. But care must be taken. Good non abusive employee compensation is not to be screwed with.

That is not to say that non-disclosed possible violations of shareholder confidence are permissible.
