We'll see about that. I doubt it will happen. Not only because France and Germany together are a very strong economic and political force in EU (next to which the likes of Czech Republic and Denmark are peanuts), but also because the public in those eight countries are vehemently opposed to US policy on Iraq just like the public in France and Germany.

We will see what happens pretty shortly.

By the way, you might have noticed that the declaration of the eight European countries says nothing about supporting the US unilateral action without UN resolution.
