As you thought, the Dolgoff issue just related to the receiver, which is the focus anyway. As Gerald said, the rest of Dolgoff's claim relate to the depixelization technology, which I don't think that company will ever use again because advances in LCD technology have basically rendered that technology moot.

As to the "10 months", you misread the post. I said that we are 10 months late - the DHT was supposed to have been introduced last November.

The June quarter was basically a write off, and the September quarter will certainly be light, because of the delayed start. December should be the first "full" quarter. We will though, I expect, begin to build some nice momentum.
