The only way Intel would invest the MASSIVE and I MEAN ULTRA< ULTRA Massive capital into a foolish venture like that would be if AMD inside became a marketable slogan, until then, lets talk about reality, ...... DEll in servers for example. Sorry but Intel has already set up shop, i.e., entire plants, to quietly build PCs for people like Sony and servers based on SMP Pentium Pros for whoever wants to buy them, slap on their own logo and ship. So, they've already invested the capital (to a company the size of Intel not as massive as you imply). Next time you're in southern Washington (Dupont) maybe you can request a plant tour! Tony
