Greg - Maybe Elmo can give us a better answer to the "black-out" period question. But I do know that CEO Schmidt's total net proceeds from the reported sale would be around $3 million to $3.5 million. These funds would be available to him to use in July. I sure would like to know where he plans to invest this money. Who knows....This would also just be enough to buy a new house in Silicon Valley too (smile). EKS
