prior discussion was about adjusting (repricing) options directly or indirectly. This qualifies as indirect adjustment. Your arguments confirm an adjustments rather than opposite.

What the heck are you talking about. No options were "adjusted". A second grant was made.

you assume that the strike of new options was at $30 but that may not be true. In addition more adjustments could have been made to increase the value of the options.

No, I don't assume anything. I just read what it said.
