the first day of the month has been a rally day in 4 of the last 5 months. the exception was dec 2 when we gapped up huge (setting the high for next year at least). but it was up 2-3 plus percent in first half hour. these rallies have ranged from one day to three. if monday was up big by some miracle, it would likely BE the bulk of the rally. j
