Good stuff Russwinter. I personally think we don't attempt any type of urban warfare whatsoever.

The casualties would be much too high, and war weariness at home would go exponential very quickly.

If it happens we will bomb their command, control, and information networks to oblivion, disable their integrated air defense, and make a lightening strike on the oilfields. After that I would assume we would lay siege to the urban centers, and mount a massive food aid program to keep the populations fed while we waited.
