Bush is having a good time today embracing a Democrat program. Maybe he's saying to himself, "gee, maybe I can be everything to everyone". Plus, giving for AIDS helps defray his bully reputation in the Arab world. Bush fought AIDS fundinhg Kerry and Frist tried to push last year. Now he finally comes around and tries to make it look like his idea. Clinton did the same with Welfare Reform. Bush is pulling a Clinton here. Very slick.
